Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges  
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

How to Start  
To begin a return or exchange, email us at concierge@sammymenswear.com and we'll guide you through the steps.  

U.S. Customers  
Exchanges are free—we’ll send you a prepaid return label by email. For returns, you’ll need to purchase a label through your preferred courier.  

International Customers  
All return and exchange shipping must be arranged and paid by the customer using the courier of their choice.  

Exchanges  
You can exchange for another item of equal value or for a Digital Gift Card. If you're in the U.S., your exchange is on us.  

Returns  
Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect your return. Items sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.  

Damaged or Incorrect Items  
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.  

Exceptions  
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items, swim thongs, or underwear.

Refunds  
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
